Course Fees

The fees for this course are $1,395 including GST.

 

Payment and Intake Confirmation
To confirm your enrolment, payment must be received by the Friday prior to the start of your intake. If payment is not made by this deadline, your place will be allocated to the next available intake. Please note that intake dates are subject to availability.

You’ll also benefit from support provided by your training adviser, including live online drop-in sessions. With a cohort-style learning model and monthly intakes, this course fosters valuable networking opportunities.

How to enrol

1. Check your eligibility

You will need to check the below requirements to determine whether you qualify:

  • New Zealand Citizen or
  • New Zealand Permanent Resident/Resident visa Holder or.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • And you must also be in paid employment within the New Zealand property management industry.

 

2. Collect your enrolment documents and apply
  • Enrolment form completed in full, signed by yourself and your employer
  • Certified Copy of your New Zealand/Australian passport or birth certificate.

 

*Certified copy is a photocopy, photograph or scanned copy that has been endorsed as a true copy of the original. To be certified, the document must be certified by an official of the issuing authority or a Justice of the Peace, Barrister or Solicitor of the High Court or Court Official (Court Registrar or Deputy Registrar). The document must have the official’s signature on each page with the name and title of the official shown clearly below the signature.

I’m not currently working for a real estate agency. Can I still enrol in the course?

Yes, you can still enroll in the course. However, we encourage you to connect with a property management company if you’re new to the industry, as they can support you with some of the course modules.

Can I attend in-person classes?

No, the course is fully online with support from your Training Advisor

When does my course end?

The NZ certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) will take 10 months to complete.

Course Fees – RPM

The course fee is $1395, including GST.

How do I make payment?

You will receive payment details with your letter of offer after you submit your enrollment form and certified passport. Payments are made through Public Trust, ensuring your money is secure.

Can I pay in instalments?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting payments in instalments at this stage.

Why do I need a Contract of engagement?

Some assessments benefit from the support of a branch manager. We encourage you to connect with a branch manger to sign your training agreement.

Are there in-class tutoring sessions?

No, we do not offer in-class tutoring sessions. However, we do provide weekly online drop-in sessions run by assessors where you can attend and ask questions.

Can I complete the course offline, or do I need a computer?

You will need a computer, an internet connection and Microsoft word to complete this course.

Do I need an NCEA qualification to apply?

No, you do not need an NCEA qualification.

Can I print learning resources?

No, all resources are online and cannot be downloaded.
