Business (Introduction to Team Leadership)

Business (First Line Management)
The New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4 is suitable for those who are currently in a management role, managers looking to enhance their skills and those who want to demonstrate skills and capabilities beyond their normal role.
Business (Administration and Technology)
This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of administrative procedures. Ideal for staff who have already mastered basic business administration, this nationally recognized qualification will elevate their skills to a more senior level. For newcomers to administration, it offers advanced insights into administrative and management skills, transforming them into valuable assets for your organization.
Project Management
This qualification recognises the skills and knowledge necessary to support programme managers and project team members. It is designed for people who are seeking to build their knowledge on project management. Graduates will be able to carry out a broad range of support roles as a project team member, as well as take responsibility for some parts of a project or projects. These graduates will have the skills and knowledge to be employed in a variety of business entities in project support roles.
Intelligence (Introduction)
This qualification is suitable for people who wish to enter or enhance their employment opportunities in entry level intelligence roles. Graduates will become familiar with the core principles of working with intelligence, and how organisations use it to make both strategic and operational decisions. They will have the skills to work in entry level and early career roles in intelligence. The qualification is also suitable for those in adjacent roles where an understanding of the role of intelligence to support organisational decision-making would be an advantage.
Intelligence Analysis
This qualification is ideal for people with existing intelligence experience who are looking to move up into more senior analytical roles. Graduates will be capable of leading strategic, operational and tactical intelligence projects, work collaboratively with other agencies to gather information, and use critical thinking to develop intelligence products for decision makers. Level 6 – Can only be done through alignment currently and only NZDF and NZ Police have alignments for this. – Learners can enrol through NZ Police if they are a member of one of the CLAG agencies and should contact their CLAG representative. Enrolments go directly to NZ Police.
